AFTERNOON WORKSHOP: CHEMICAL USAGE DURING FRAC STAGE
E&Ps are pumping a lot of chemicals during the production stage once wells are online, but chemicals can only reach to the vertical part of the tubing and the lateral part is not being protected. A big concern for E&Ps is scale and solids being deposited in the lateral section causing production in wells to decline faster.

This workshop will showcase how to use chemicals during the frac stage so that it goes to the deep frac network, reduce the number of solids and scale deposited in the lateral section of the tubing and find a better scale mitigation solution.
