Chad is an experienced Oil & Gas Professional with over a decade of progressive experience across the industry. Chad began his career in Bakersfield California in 2011 and has continuously held roles of increasing responsibility ever since.  Chad has worked in multiple basins domestically, as well as over 10 global regions.  Chad and his father, Clay Hammond, started DCiii in 2016 to fill the need of fit-for-purpose, reliable automation solutions for production chemical applications.  The team finished product development in 2018 and have since deployed over 1,750 units globally for customers of all shapes & sizes.  The team enjoys working with operators and CSP’s to revolutionize how programs are effectively managed.
