Charlie Talley is Ideal's Chief Chemist and Vice President of Technology and has been a member of the IES Board of Directors since September 2014, bringing several decades of experience in oil and gas, microbiology, colloidal research, and product development. Charlie earned his Bachelor of Science in Analytical Chemistry and has been granted 13 patents throughout his career. His work in the development of patented products helps bring IES into an innovative position within the market.
